Kaylyn Schroka

Assistant Coach

Kaylyn Schroka is in her second season as an assistant coach for the NCAA women's hockey program at Adrian College.

In her first year, the Bulldogs had the second-best season in program history with a third-place finish in the NCAA Tournament. Four members of the Black and Gold were named All-Conference and Kelly O'Sullivan was named All-American under Schroka's guidance. The team also reached the No. 1 ranking for the first time in program history during Schroka's first year.

Schroka returns to her alma mater after spending a season playing in the National Women’s Hockey League for the Buffalo Beauts. She posted 10 points in 16 games in her one season in the NWHL and was named Player of the Week once.

After the season ended Schroka returned to Michigan and spent four months working as a marketing and sales representative for Presden Consultants before working as an outside sales apprentice for ADP in Troy directly before being named assistant coach.

Schroka was a two-time captain as a member of the Bulldogs’ NCAA squad and ranks in the top-three in every offensive category. Her 149 points, 69 goals, and 80 assists are all second best in program history. Schroka’s 11 game-winning goals and 21 power play goals are the third most in team history.

Schroka is a native of Belleville, Michigan and earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Marketing and a minor in Psychology from Adrian College in May of 2017.
